End-of-Line Testing

Every finished cell is tested before shipment. This typically includes several distinct checks:

Capacity / OCV Testing — Confirms the cell delivers its rated capacity and checks open-circuit voltage for early defect detection.

Impedance (EIS) Testing — Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy screens for internal defects and inconsistent cell assembly.

Leak Testing — Verifies the case seal is intact and electrolyte isn't escaping.

Grading & Sorting — Cells are grouped by measured performance so packs are built from well-matched cells.
